We at Pinnaclz Worldwide use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Our courier partner does not count Sundays, or National Holidays in their guaranteed delivery time. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information. Tracking information is available within your account as well.
If no one is available to receive the package, it would be returned to origin. Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order.
It is your responsibility to verify that your address is complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order.

If Pinnaclz Worldwide has suspicion or knowledge that any of its Buyer are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Pinnaclz Worldwide may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer and may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id of such Buyer and/or disqualify that Buyer from availing protection through this policy.
Returns must be mailed to us within 15 days of the date you received the item. Returns after 15 days will be solely at our discretion and, if permitted, may be subject to a restocking fee.

- Returns, replacement and refunds are done for defects and damages.
- All returns and replacements have to be done in the window of 14 days.
- Breakage or damages while using the product is not covered for returns or refunds.
- All accessories and packaging material should be intact and in the condition in which it was delivered.
- All items on copper utensils are covered under the terms and conditions on the website.

- Refund is initiated once the returned items are received by us.
- Net Banking/Credit/Debit card refund is done back to the same channel.
- Online wallet balance is returned back to the online balance in the wallet.
- No refund/return is done after the expiry of the 14 day return/refund window.
- The return window starts after the goods have been delivered.
